- Works with commanders to deliver complete capabilities that include technical and procedural components
- Researches or oversees research of technologies, and advises commanders on associated risks and mitigation factors in conjunction with meeting requirements
- Prepares, plans, and responds to deliberate and crisis action scenarios
- Develops plans and policies, monitors operations, and advises commanders on cyber operations

Industry growth is projected into the future based on past trends and current economic
conditions. Industry staffing patterns are then applied to the industry projections
to obtain occupational projections.
